By Monday August 8th we will be located at 2012 Center off Sawyer and Washington. This is a huge step for us. Our new facility is 5,000 sq. ft. indoors, it will have a 5,000 sq. ft. outdoor obstacle course, 5,000 sq. ft. outdoor fitness area, and it's own parking lot. So come by and try us out!


F3 FITNESS
F3 is an extremely unique program. A hybrid of Boot Camp meets Crossfit meets Parkour meets Combative fitness meets Olympic training efficiency. The F3 Cross Training creates an energizing atmosphere of mental and physical strength and total body awareness by fully functional activities. Ideal for anyone seeking efficient professional training in an ’old school’ warehouse atmosphere. The F3 offers group training, MMA classes, and personal training. In our gym you pay for professional training and not for wasted equipment and fancy amenities you never use. We are thorough, challenging, and team oriented.

***No experience is necessary but know there is a learning curve with functional training.***

F3 COMBATIVES
F3 is a realistic NO sport combative studio. We train for self defense focusing on striking, wrestling, and basic ground. We specialize in Israeli gun and knife threat solutions.
Simply put, we use ALL the tools which are illegal in professional fighting because they work very well on the "street."

HEAD TRAINING COACH
Sean Lester M.H.P., our head trainer, has 18 years of training experience, a Masters in Human Performance, has worked with the Houston Rockets and the Comets, former nutrition aide for Dr. Coleman (Trainer for the Houston Astros), and was a former 2 Time/2 Division National Martial Art Champion with multiple system background ie. Muay Thai, Krav Maga/Haganah, Wrestling, Jujitsu, and Kung Fu.
